Sherri Hunsaker is a very passionate educator who loves spending her time helping students grow and succeed. Her biggest strength as an educator has been the ability to reach at-risk students by building the necessary positive relationships to help those students succeed. She is a believer that, “Kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!” from Madeline Hunter.

A former athlete Lauren Schad had said to her, “A player is only as good as her coach.” Sherri strives to not only motivate and inspire students with challenging behaviors, but she helps them achieve self-value. Her students value and respect her because they are valued as an important person in her life, and not just another student. Our students come to school with different positive and negative variables influencing their lives and behaviors. Sherri feels it is important for teachers to have the strategies and techniques on how to address behaviors based on the variables.

Teachers need research based, proven, practical strategies that they can apply to their classroom instantly. Sherri dedicates her time as a National Trainer to help provide other educators with the same strategies and techniques to help maximize their teaching, and leave teachers feeling the passion for teaching that she does.
